When I finally decided to get my new vehicle, they asked me which one I wanted so they could get everything together before I arrived. It took about 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork once I decided on the vehicle. Adam maintained contact after the purchase to make sure the car was everything I was expecting. He was friendly and outgoing. This dealership is definitely the place to go if you want absolutely no hassle or fuss when it comes to getting a new car. I spoke with Richard Roy and he was very nice I explained our situation and Richard told me to fill out an application online, filled out the application and that same day Richard called me back and told me what I needed to bring with us to complete our loan process then set up an appointment to test drive a minivan. Autex auto helped us get a loan to get into a car even with our credit. They are great at Autex auto when no one else would give us a loan they did!!! I will surely be referring all my friends to Autex auto when they are looking for a car and I will definantely go back there when I need another car. This is the Best dealership. Realistic about goals and great initiative in seeking out used parts where appropriate. prompt and friendly calls and reassuring. bill was about half of what i had braced to pay.
