Deceptive!! DECEPTIVE!!!! This dealership and the corporation have deceptive practices. If you lease a car and are thinking of turning it in early (not rolling in DECEPTIVE!!!! This dealership and the corporation have deceptive practices. If you lease a car and are thinking of turning it in early (not rolling into another Mazda)…be prepared for a HUGE wake up call. Neither the dealership nor the corporation were friendly, pleasant or helpful. Upon discussing with them, they apply a differential fee and a disposition fee. So, they take your car sell it at an auction and you pay the difference of what they don’t recover at auction plus a $300 disposition fee. Their website is also misleading as they tell you that you can call for an estimate of what would be owed at the time of termination…THEY CANNOT provide this information to you. Mind you, I was going to finish paying out the life of the loan!!! Wouldn’t a car depreciate after a year? Any normal dealership/corporation would be happy to get a car back with low mileage, less wear and tear and new tires. NOT MAZDA…they over extend and make the lessee make up the difference. They do not mention any of this as they are having you sign your life away! More

Great customer service I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Autex Mazda dealership in Keene. I'm always skeptical going into dealerships, expecting salesmen that push I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Autex Mazda dealership in Keene. I'm always skeptical going into dealerships, expecting salesmen that push you one way or another and managers that argue about prices. Prior to this vehicle I purchased a Subaru, it took me going to four different dealers before I found one with good customer service. This was the only Mazda dealer I have been to for this car! Purchasing this car was the smoothest, friendliest transaction I have ever had with a car dealer. Not once did I feel pressured or like I had to be defensive. Everyone was willing to work with me and accommodate what I was looking for and what I could spend. Adam, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed legitimately caring about my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. They gave me a fair value for my trade in vehicle without any negotitating. This made me feel like they are honest and up frontwhich in my opinion is rare to find in a dealership. I recommend this dealer to anyone who doesn't want to deal with the typical, expected hassle of buying a car. More
Internet Auto Purchase I recently purchased a new 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT from Autex over the internet via a bid request sent to various New England Mazda dealers that had a car I recently purchased a new 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT from Autex over the internet via a bid request sent to various New England Mazda dealers that had a car in stock equipped (or could be equipped) per my specifications. Tim Machunsky, General Sales Manager, took my internet request seriously and provided the winning bid. Tim Hall, Customer Relations Coordinator, followed up with the detailed breakdown of the "Out-the-Door" price quote that I had requested before purchasing the auto (I needed verification that their bid indeed was a true "out-the-door" price before making the 2-hour trip to Autex to test drive/inspect the car and finalize the deal). When I finalized the deal, I was surprised and disappointed that Mark Eber, Business Manager, did not offer a Mazda-backed extended warranty. He said he could only offer a 3rd party (Portfolio} extended warranty which I later found out does not have a very good customer rating. If I want a Mazda-backed extended warranty, I will now have to purchase it separately from another Mazda dealer (probably the dealer that services my car) since I cannot include it in my Mazda Capital Services low interest rate auto financing contract. Make sure you do your homework on the Finance/Insurance items (auto loan, gap insurance, extended warranty, etc.) before finalizing your deal. Adam Houle, Sales Professional, was extremely helpful throughout the transaction and spent a great deal of time making sure that I was familiar with how to access and control all of the key technology and infotainment features of the auto before leaving the dealership. Adam and Tim Hall also made sure that all the additional accessories that I had specified were installed and the car properly titled and tagged (I'm from out of state) by the date that I had requested to take delivery of the car. Shortly after leaving the dealer's lot to drive my new car home, I noticed the "check engine" light was on. By the time I returned to the dealership, the service department had closed. Adam spoke to the service manager, Chris Barnwell, who was almost out the door about my situation. Chris promptly took my car into one of the service bays and personally ran a diagnostic test which revealed that the gas cap had not been fully tightened when the car had been filled with gas, as part of the delivery prep., earlier that day. This was one of the smoothest and most professional auto purchasing experiences that I have had and I would highly recommend Autex Mazda if you want a professional and "hassle free" auto buying experience. "Shop them Last" and you will see what I mean. More
