I want to Thank Gretchen. This was her personal car. She gave it up so that I could get the color interior I wanted. I traded my 2010 CX9 that I bought from her for this 2019. My car is in excellent shape and they low balled me I think.Tom did how ever tell me that if my car sold at auction for more then he gave me for my trade.He would send me the difference. Well Tom I’m expecting to see a check.And guy who does the detailing on the cars needs a lesson in detailing because he did a horrible job.Other then that I highly recommend the team at Autex. They went out of their way to make me a happy customer.. I will be back in 10 more years when I need a new one😁 More
