We wanted to upgrade from the CX3 to theCX5 and Gretchen located the exact car we wanted in the color and package we wanted and made our transaction so easy. She took the time to go through every detail of the car, and assured us she would be available if we had any questions at all. Autex is a warm and friendly dealership where we felt welcomed. I want to Thank Gretchen. This was her personal car. She gave it up so that I could get the color interior I wanted. I traded my 2010 CX9 that I bought from her for this 2019. Thank you Gretchen so so soooo gave it up so that I could get the color interior I wanted. I traded my 2010 CX9 that I bought from her for this 2019. Thank you Gretchen so so soooooo much for giving up your car. I love it!!!!!! As far as Autex the dealership. I don’t fell they gave me the best deal for my trade in. My car is in excellent shape and they low balled me I think.Tom did how ever tell me that if my car sold at auction for more then he gave me for my trade.He would send me the difference. Well Tom I’m expecting to see a check.And guy who does the detailing on the cars needs a lesson in detailing because he did a horrible job.Other then that I highly recommend the team at Autex. They went out of their way to make me a happy customer.. I will be back in 10 more years when I need a new one😁 More
