Gretchen was super knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to buy. She was personable, yet casual. Made the car buying experience a nice one. Mark in finance was super friendly too. Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they dr very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Will be coming back here for my next car. More

I bought a certified 2018 CX-5 in October 2020. I couldn't have been happier with Gretchen Jackson and Mark Eber. I will come back again for my next car and I live 2 hours away! I returned for a issue with my tires in March 2021. They were super accommodating, fitting into my schedule and were happy to help. Kyle Willett is a great sales manager. And Tony Sherman was an awesome service advisor. They had me in and out way faster than I could have hoped for. This was my 6th car purchase and it has been, by far, the best experience I've had. I was determined to drive a lot of makes / models of cars before making a purchase. Autex Mazda was our first stop on a Saturday afternoon. The dealership was very busy but Gretchen gave us her undivided att before making a purchase. Autex Mazda was our first stop on a Saturday afternoon. The dealership was very busy but Gretchen gave us her undivided attention (and more than a few laughs), explained all the features and discerned what we were looking for in a car. After driving the CX-5, she suggested we try the CX-30 Premium. The CX-30 easily won my heart over and we asked to get the paperwork in order. We worked with Mark that Monday to finalize the purchase. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of both the cars as well as the warranties made it all quite easy and a great experience. Plus he's just a hoot! :) So much for my extensive car search! Is there an easy button here? More
