Unfortunate circumstance Nissan Altima has known transmission issues. Replaced the transmission and has broke down 3 times since with blown transmission lines. Terrible customer service Do not use their service department. I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there they claimed they didn't have it. Made us reschedule for a super inconvenient time and blamed us for using their online booking system instead of calling. Then the service ended up taking double the time they told us. What a joke. Worse car buying experience in my life. After having to work with a "manager" last night he was supposed to fax sale agreement to bank. He did this morning after another phone call to him and his IT excuses. So while we are at the bank getting a check they show the car to someone else. We arrive with check in hand less the 3 hours after the fax and they inform us we can sit and wait to see if the other deal goes through. Absolutely unbelievable!!! More
