Worst dealership We ordered the car on December 8, 2018 in Mazda Aufenberg, O'fallon. First. They promised it would arrive on December 17. As a result we got the car We ordered the car on December 8, 2018 in Mazda Aufenberg, O'fallon. First. They promised it would arrive on December 17. As a result we got the car on Dec, 27. Probably they knew that car was supposed to arrive later than Jan 17. They could lie us to make us buy the car. Second. During buying the car we discussed that we didn't need any extension warranty and other plans. But they cheated us and added SafeRidePlan (for 899$) to the price without our agreement. Also they didn't pointed it in the main contract. We noticed it and requested cancellation on 27, Dec. As result of their fabrication, the bank blocked our credit. The dealership asked us to drive again to sign the new contract on January, 9. We live 70 miles away of O'fallon. So we spent a lot of time for it this day. And we again signed request for SafeRide plan cancellation. And they promised it would be done soon and we would get our 899$ back. Today is 03/08/19 and we still haven't got our refund (899$ +% for bank interest) for this plan. We have been calling them, texting and sending email. But they even haven't been answering!!! We are disappointed about Mazda Aufenberg. Totally, I will recommend everybody to stay away from this dealership. More

Mark ( finance Manager) was fired and the dealer were not able to keep up their manger's promise. Sales person ( Silas Berger) was a new joinee and he does not have enough experience in dealing issues. Mark is the worst guy you will find there, He just says something for time being inorder to convince you at the sale and after that he never gets back on that. Jason Hall, our salesman was awesome!! Not only did he not play games, he was honest, thorough, super friendly, and not only did he take the stress out if buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience for both my wife and I. I should mention that the manager was fantastic as well as the finance guy for working with us to get the best rate possible. Will definitely recommend Auffenberg Mazda to my friends!! More

I was in the market for a new mazda and applied for financing before I heading down to the dealership.Jon called me within 30 minutes to set up a time to make the deal.The dealership was about 40 miles financing before I heading down to the dealership.Jon called me within 30 minutes to set up a time to make the deal.The dealership was about 40 miles away,but the price he quoted was worth the drive!I arrived at the dealer at 11am on Monday,Jon didnt have the car in stock but quickly located one and then went to take care of my trade in.He was extremely pleasant and came across as geniunely helpful and not just trying to make a commision.I didnt want to spend all day at the dealership so Jon got everything done in about an hour and arranged for someone to go pick up my new car.I was given a very nice loaner car to drive in the meantime.2 days later (due to my work commitments) I went to pick up my new car.It was even more beautiful than I imagined!Jon walked me thru all the features and options and I was on my way!I never once felt pressured to do anything or felt "talked" into anything.Top to bottom,a super clean,super friendly dealer that I would go back to in a heartbeat More
