Routine 55,000 mile service. Dropped off vehicle expecting not to be called until afternoon and asked for a ride home. While waiting for about 45-50 minutes (as driver was out on two separate runs) notified by service agent vehicle would be ready in about twenty minutes. So waited and picked up vehicle as advertised. Agent was up front with costs and recommended services and all I asked to be done was completed in minimum time. Received a video text from the mechanic explaining what he had accomplished with no recommendations needed. Completely satisfied. More
