Vicki willingly answered all my wife's questions regarding the Sync MyFord screen, set up our cell phone to the car's computer system, made us aware of classes to further understand the Sync MyFord regarding the Sync MyFord screen, set up our cell phone to the car's computer system, made us aware of classes to further understand the Sync MyFord system that Auffenberg offers twice a month (which we will be taking advantage of this class), and showed us the various improvements to the 2014 Escape versus the 2010 one that we already owned. She even offered for us drive it home to see if the rear lift to the SUV would clear our raised garage door opening, as well as whether it would fit alongside our Ford Ranger 4x4...we did do this that day....this helped to seal the deal for us! Customer Service at its BEST! Vick's friendliness, professional attitude, and knowledge of Ford products are why we are repeat customers with Auffenberg Ford North. As you can see, we highly recommend Vicki and Auffenberg Ford North. More

He then pushed us to Robert who we made a deal with for a Dodge Dakota, he had us sit with him for 3 hours only to let us know the financing could not be taken care of that night. Came to dealership preapproved with a bank they use and told us not to go to our bank before we came because they would get it taken care of. After 3 hours of waiting, they had us go to bank the next morning and wanted an email or fax of the preapproval letter and then would hold vehicle. After dealing with the bank, I tried contacting Robert before we drove up there and left multiple messages on his voicemail and then proceeded to call the operator to get in contact with him. The operator could not reach him and told us all of the salesman we're "too busy out on the lot" and she would have someone call asap to let us know the truck was still on the lot before we made an hour drive. No call, we get there and at least 8 salesman were sitting on the bench smoking a cigarette. I look over and see Robert walking up, as soon as he realized it was us getting out of the car, he turned around and walked away. We walked in the door and had Paul in our face showing us a new truck, pushing us to look at it. Tried calling after we walked out to speak to Robert when he very immaturely would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. Asked to speak to a manager 3 hours ago and they said he would call back in just a minute..still waiting for that call. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. More
Jeff, really understood me and my wife's needs. We came in to look at a used f150 and found it was too much for us financially. He brought a list of used vehicles in our price range and we scheduled to come back and test drive a ford escape. Before coming to the appointment, he called me and said that there was a Dodge Durango that was just traded in that he thought would fit our needs and then some, in our price range. I came in and we test drove it to my wife's work for her to see, since another buyer was scheduled to come in and see it later that day. My wife loved it, he bought us lunch to discuss the vehicle. We dropped her off with her blessing and drove back to the dealership to start the paperwork. 2 hours later, i drove off the lot with a vehicle i really liked. He was very down to earth and did not B.S. me or my wife at all. He was very friendly and forward. He worked his butt off to get me a decent trade in value on my 2001 Toyota Rav4, and really made my first car purchase through a dealer easy and understandable. I thoroughly recommend coming to Auffenberg Ford North and asking for Jeff. He will take care of you, as he did my wife and I. Thanks for all your hard work Jeff. More
Worst experience ever! Mr. Stevenson showed me some vehicles and gave me an offer sheet. When we could not agree he said he would look over some options and call me the next day (which he did not). I called him and he told me he was working on it and would call me back (which he didn't). Finally, I went to Jack Schmitt Ford and bought the same vehicle for less money in less than a day. Worst car shopping experience ever. The only reason I got it one star is because there is not anything lower. Called earlier in the day to schedule an appointment to test drive a car. Show up to test drive and car is not able to be found. Takes them a half an hour to figure out the car sold before we got there. No one called or emailed to let us know which I can understand because it just sold 30 mins prior to us arriving. Have no idea why it took 30 mins to figure that out. We talk to the manager after that and hes completely rude and argumentative. He tells us he will make us a deal and has the sales guy takes us down the road to SEE if there maybe another car at their other location. He isn't competent enough to be able to be able to check on the website so I have to do that myself. Then he drives us to the wrong place....Once we finally get to the correct location he shows us the incorrect year of car we were looking for. Had to tell him a 4th time what we wanted. The man is so clueless that he tells us he can get the price on a brand new one down $6000 to meet our budget. Of course he asks and finds out he can't do that either. The whole time this guy is talking to us and keeps telling us hes new its not his fault. I dont understand why they would have an improperly trained person working on the floor. Worst experience ever will never go back. More
We gave customer service a great rating because we were worried about the closing time but Vicki assured us that this was not a problem and felt no hurry to leave. The quaility of work was great because we felt that she was very well organized. The dealership's quaility of work was great because of the looks of the truck when we picked it up. Friendliness was great by Vicki and the dealership to us because they took great care of us when we stayed so late. Price was great because the options we wanted was in this truck. The overall experience we felt was wonderful. The time and effort that Vicki put in to explaining all the Navigation, phone system, the working of all the options on the truck was exceptional. More
