Delivered the car on Monday and received zero communication of the status even with multiple texts and calls to my service advisor. Called the main number, got put on hold for 28 minutes then pro communication of the status even with multiple texts and calls to my service advisor. Called the main number, got put on hold for 28 minutes then promptly hung up on with little opportunity to respond to the person. Called back and got put on hold for a few minutes again only to be told the car never even got touched that day, so I could just pick it up and try again tomorrow. Came back the next morning, dropped it off, and once again received zero communication from my service advisor even after multiple calls and text messages. Decided to forego being hung up on after being on hold for 30 minutes and drove up with our other car to retrieve my keys. Walked in and my advisor said “what’s up?” and I said “I’m here to get my keys”. He assumed they’d be in the area where they put the finished cars, but the car was once again never touched. After being unable to return on Wednesday morning, I dropped off the car once again on Thursday. I was given a personal number by the gentleman who was valeting my car for service. After once again receiving zero updates from my service advisor, I called my valet to ask if the car was even being touched this time to which he said yes. The valet called to tell me it was done and that they would be delivering the car soon, which they did. About an hour and a half later, my service advisor finally sent a text message saying that the car was done and that I could “come pick it up” which I responded that the valet delivered the vehicle an hour and a half ago which I assume he never read that text. Overall, it was a very negative experience and is a continuation of the extremely awful experience I had when buying the car from this same dealership. More
