Service Advisor and Service Manager would not honor commitment made by previous Service Advisor. I had previously taken my truck to Audubon Chrysler while it was under warranty for a binding sound/feel commitment made by previous Service Advisor. I had previously taken my truck to Audubon Chrysler while it was under warranty for a binding sound/feel from the front and rear during slow speed turns. Service Tech could not replicate or detect the issue but the Service Advisor at the time said not to worry - if the problem recurred, even after the warranty period, they had it on record and would make good on it. The problem recently worsened but the Service Department refused to honor the commitment made by the previous advisor since my truck is now out of warranty. I was informed that they would charge $150 for the diagnostics plus any additional parts and labor. As a result, I declined to let them do the work. Instead, I will be taking my truck to another dealer or repair shop. Please note that this is not about the cost but is a matter of principle. I am planning to purchase a new Ram 2500 within the next few months. Because of my experience with Audubon Chrysler Service Department, I will work with other area dealerships instead for my purchase. More
Thoroughly dissatisfied with service dept. They have had my truck in their shop multiple times and this last time for over a month. Service mgr. John called me to pick up my truck and he assur They have had my truck in their shop multiple times and this last time for over a month. Service mgr. John called me to pick up my truck and he assured me that the issue was resolved that it was already. Drove 40 miles to pick it up only to find that not only wasn't it fixed, but that he had not even listened to it run after he assured me that he had. He lied to me and caused me great inconvenience and loss of use of my vehicle. I don't trust him to tell the truth or actually repair my truck. Also, my truck is still in your shop and is undrivable due to severe engine issues. More
