This review updates my previous review of 7 20 2023 regarding the dealer add-on of ceramic exterior coating on a 2019 CPO SQ5. (I attempted to edit that review but couldn't determine how to do so). I regarding the dealer add-on of ceramic exterior coating on a 2019 CPO SQ5. (I attempted to edit that review but couldn't determine how to do so). In that review, I described a very unpleasant experience. The sitution has been resolved to my satisfaction by dealership GM Sam Alimi. I accept the explanation and circumstances which caused the issue from the dealer point of view. He also stressed that we would have been able to work through this matter prior to me issing a bad review and complaint. I also accept that assertion: we did not discuss my concerns on the day I took delivery as he was not on-site when I asked to meet. A few days later, my post-purchase review of the service records and product warranty details led to my formal complaint. In summary, the dealership responded very positively once it reviewed the matter and understood the situation. More
