My service rep, Lesly Matos is amazing! The issue I’ve had with the service department is no one greets the customer when they walk in. Unless you’ve been there before and/or know your technician, you’re had with the service department is no one greets the customer when they walk in. Unless you’ve been there before and/or know your technician, you’re lost. Without fail, I see a customer wandering aimlessly trying to figure out what to do. The service center is not just about the vehicle, it’s about the customer and how you make us feel.
