Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to ca experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be. More

Ridiculous service policies One of the buttons on the radio console of my 2017 Q7 fell off and now I am unable to use part of the radio. I took the car to this dealership, having been told by the dealership where I purchased the car that this problem would be covered under warranty. Much to my confusion, the Orland Park service department stated they needed to have the actual button in order to cover it under warranty. The button fell off and is missing! The fact that parts are falling off my 8-month old expensive car is not covered under warranty?! This is my first Audi purchase and will definitely be my last. Overrated car and ridiculous warranty "rules." More

Oil change Had the oil changed in my TT. I checked it before leaving the dealership. It was half way between add and full. When I pointed this out, I was tol Had the oil changed in my TT. Looks like I should believe that the German engineers are too stupid to know where to put the full level hashmark on the dipstick. I have an other reason in mind. More

No questions asked they performed the service and got my pistons changed in a very tight time period, (i mentioned to Harry that i needed my car for the weekend) and he expedited the service. Service I received regaring maintenance of my vehicle. I was having mechanical issues with my vehicle and I acquired an appointment to have the car serviced. I arrived at your facility and was immediately met by service advisor Eric Jauregui. He patiently listened to me as I explained my issues. At the conclusion of this conversation he prepared a job order and provided me with a loaner vehicle. I have had all my service issues performed at your agency and Eric is usually my service advisor. Eric is always cordial, professional and has an attentive ear. Eris is always a joy to talk with and is very knowledgeable regarding any problems with my vehicle. He has provided me with truthful maintenance needs and has my complete trust. At no time have I ben misled or misinformed. He is an exceptional, experienced and dedicated person During my last visit several additional mechanical flaws were discovered which were eventually corrected after several days. Each day Eric called and informed of my vehicle's status. I am extremely pleased and impressed with Eric and I would highly recommend Internal Audi of Orland Park and proclaim that Eric Jauregui is an exceptional service advisor. More
