I would definitely recommend Manni. He was very considerate of my dad's situation and also extremely friendly! I took my Audi to Audi of Orland Park to have the check engine light and low idle issue checked-out in December of 2012 and was told a broken check valve was the problem which I had repaired. Then the beginning of March not even three months later I started having the same problems. Again, I was told that multiple codes were found but was advised that the sparks plugs is likely the problem and recommended I change the spark plugs and have the fuel injectors serviced which would cost somewhere between $600-$700, but here's the catcher he goes on to say that he could guarantee that this would resolve the problems I was having with the car. Therefore, I declined to have the vehicle serviced and took it to another repair shop that service Audi's for a second opinion. Come to find out that they NEVER really repaired the vehicle properly and NEVER cleared the codes so the codes list just kept growing making it impossible to pin-point which codes were really causing the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle in order diagnosis and repair the vehicle properly. All along they were band-aiding the car doing meaningless repairs and charging me ridiculous prices to do so. This dealership is a scam and a rip-off and I'll never go there again or recommend you or anyone else go there.....Although I really enjoyed driving my Audi my experience with the dealership service dept. has made me decide to never buy another Audi again! I purchased a 2012 R8 5.2. It was my fifth car purchased from the International Autos organization, but the 1st from this location. It was probably the most enjoyable car purchase I have made. I live about 3 hours away so much of the purchase was conducted over the phone/email. Cassandra was excellent to work with. She delivered quick, easy, and fair pricing on both the new car and my trade-in (sight unseen). I am a relatively younger buyer of high-end cars (often wearing jeans) and I always appreciate not being stereotyped by sales reps. That would have been easy to do on such a high-end vehicle, but nothing of this nature occurred whatsoever. Finally, delivery was a piece of cake as well. We met about ½-way and finalized the transaction in a few simple minutes. I would highly recommend both Audi of Orland Park and Cassandra. More
My wife and I bought a Certified 2011 Premium Plus Q5 yesterday, 03/21/12. We bought it from Audi Westmont, Westmont,Il. Their prices were good and the trade in value was good. And we did not need to negotiate because we had done our homework. Juan Andino was our sales person. He is very knowledgeable and very good to work with as were all the people we met at Audi Westmont. We started our search for a Q5 at Audi Orland Park. Our sales person there was Kacy Hale. Kacy is as knowledgeable about his product and inventory as any person I've ever met, and I have traded a lot of vehicles in my 48 years of driving. He is also a very nice, easy going, pleasant person to work with. We really wanted to do business with him. However, the manager/appraiser, Bob Mckinnon is the opposite of Kacy Hale. And that is really unfortunate for Kacy because his manager is killing deals for him with uncompetitve pricing and low ball appraisals for your trade in. We tried twice to buy with two different trades but the difference was so significant we could not. Maybe they are selling all the cars they want to at Audi Orland Park but they obviously could be selling a lot more. The poor rating we have given this dealer has everything to do with the manager and nothing to do with Kacy Hale. If you go to Audi Orland Park, I recommend you ask for Kacy. He will treat you with respect and all the product knowledge you will need. More
Cassandra was absolutely outstanding in my new vehicle purchase. I lived 5 hours away and did the majority of the transacting via email and over the phone in which she was readily available and I could e purchase. One of the reasons I chose to do my business with Audi Orland Park is because of the high level of customer service they offered me and the comfort of the transaction. I had 3 other dealers with interest in vehicles and they weren't as near as helpful as Cassandra and Audi Orland Park. Once I got there they had everything ready and all I had to do is sign the paperwork and I was on my way! Thank you everyone from Audi Orland Park in making this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. You will be getting my recommendation for the future! More

They took care of holding the car for me and taking care of everything prior to me arriving. I felt I got a very fair deal, and they were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. When the day came to make the trip, I arrived, took care of business, and got exactly what I was hoping for and was back on the road in my new Q5. It was a wonderful experience, and Maya helped me the whole way. I'd definitely recommend them to family/friends, and will definitely be back when the time comes for a new Audi! More
Ms.Thibodeau did an outstanding job given the nature of this acqusition. She had to go above and beyond the routine acquisition process since the vehicle owner did not wish to visit the dealership. Through much effort, Ms. Thibodeau was able to provide the purchase papers to me for signature by the owner. The length of time for this entire transaction was inordinate as well. Ms. Thibodeau was in constant contact with me throughout this process without being intrusive. She was exteremely professional at all times. Ms. Thibodeau effectivley "flexed" her sales appraoch to the customer in this case which was key in this purchase. Without her ability to adjust to the customer, I would have purchased the vehicle elsewhere. She brings professionalism to the dealership with a sincere friendliness not often dispalyed by her peers. Not having too many Audi dealers where I live, I had to look in a tri-state area. I did an Internet search after test driving a Q5 at my local dealer because, unfortunately, the Audi I was looking at was s look in a tri-state area. I did an Internet search after test driving a Q5 at my local dealer because, unfortunately, the Audi I was looking at was still owned by Audi USA and not the dealer. I knew I wanted a particular Q5... color, just the right amount of features, 2.0T, etc. I narrowed down my search and opted to drive to Tinley/Orland Park (a 6-hour round-trip) What a GREAT decision. Not only was the price the lowest I found in the three state area, the service was great. Since I went through the Internet, Cassandra was my saleswoman (she deals with Internet sales). Before signing off on the paperwork, I walked through with Cassandra as she discussed the Q5's features: from the "service mode" of the wipers to opening the gas tank. Talk about helpful. On the other side of the coin was Paul in finance. I had preplanned and arrived with a check in hand (after talking with Cassandra on the phone the day before she relayed to me "out the door price" that I mentioned earlier). Paul had asked what my APR was and from that he offered an even better rate. My preplanned rate was already pretty exceptional. I'll stop the accolades there - hopefully you get the gist. I had an exceptional experience with this dealer, and will recommend them to anyone I know in the southern Michigan, northern Indiana, or Chicagoland region. UPDATE: Even being a timezone away, after driving the car for a while, I had questions that come with experiencing the car that usually don't get asked on Day 1. I've called the folks at the dealership and my calls and emails get responded to quickly. Just another reason I give these guys and gals and thumbs up. More
