Really good car buying experience On Jan 20, 2018, I visited Audi of Orland Park to look at a few Audi sedans, as I have never owned an Audi and was looking for a sedan to replace my S On Jan 20, 2018, I visited Audi of Orland Park to look at a few Audi sedans, as I have never owned an Audi and was looking for a sedan to replace my SUV. I was greeted by Cheryl Doman. Cheryl was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the Audi sedans and answered all of my product technology questions about several vehicles. I typically like and buy performance vehicles with the latest technology, because they are so much fun to drive. It seemed like I took up a lot of Cheryl's time, but after looking at several vehicles and the Audi education that i received I was convinced that I wanted to own a 2018 Audi S4. That 2018 S4 is what I purchased that evening. That evening I spent some time with Jason, the GM and Greg, the FM, and really enjoyed the conversation and additional knowledge gained from both of them. Now after several months of ownership, I can say that I continue to be very happy with my new sports sedan, and the new relationship with the fine people at Audi of Orland Park. 2018 Q7-Absolute Best Sales Experiece Ever! Well, unfortunately in rolls Cheryl Doman and the sales manager, Pete Mangano!! I was looking for a way out, but they were too good at getting to Yes instead of no! They were real in the process and serious about satisfying me, being transparent and fair from start to finish. I may be, and probably am, the most anal retentive car person someone can come across, and they took care of me with kid gloves. Finally in Sept, 2017 allroads were coming to the dealerships. After test driving two of them and talking to different Sales Reps, I chose Cheryl Doman. Cheryl is knowledgeable about the cars at Audi Tinley Park, she has personality, easy to talk to and if you leave a message, she will get back to you. We ordered my 2018 Audi Allroad from Germany and she kept me advised on the status of the car. It took exactly 11 weeks from the day I ordered the car to it's arrival in Tinley Park. I am really enjoying this vehicle and I made the right choice. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for an Audi. More

Ridiculous service policies One of the buttons on the radio console of my 2017 Q7 fell off and now I am unable to use part of the radio. I took the car to this dealership, having been told by the dealership where I purchased the car that this problem would be covered under warranty. Much to my confusion, the Orland Park service department stated they needed to have the actual button in order to cover it under warranty. The button fell off and is missing! The fact that parts are falling off my 8-month old expensive car is not covered under warranty?! This is my first Audi purchase and will definitely be my last. Overrated car and ridiculous warranty "rules." More
