My check engine light came on and they got me in the same day. They explained what it was about and how to fix it. Since it wasn't major they didn't pressure me but told me to let them know when it was conve day. They explained what it was about and how to fix it. I always feel extremely confident about having a good service at Audi of Fairfield. The operation is very smooth from the moment of arrival. Everything on my console had stopped working so I had no navig service at Audi of Fairfield. The operation is very smooth from the moment of arrival. Everything on my console had stopped working so I had no navigation system, back up camera,or radio. It had to be replaced and within 24 hrs. I picked up my car clean, serviced with a new navigation system. My one issue with the dealer is the difficulty getting a loaner car(a month in advance), or any form of transportation to and from the dealer. I don’t always have someone available to drive me. More
