I have low profile tires on my Audi A6 which has been a problem for 5 years. Audi corrected this on later models but they also advised me to purchase a tire warranty. I am glad I did because several tires problem for 5 years. Audi corrected this on later models but they also advised me to purchase a tire warranty. I am glad I did because several tires needed to be replaced over the 5 years due to road hazards. I had another proble with a tire with a pierced sidewall and brought to the dealership. Jose Barbosa was my service rep and he went out of his way to deal withthe warranty company whic rejected the claim twice. Jose kept at it, sent a third round of photos and finally was successful. I left the dealership with a new tire and no cost to me. It took two days during which I used the dealerships loaner car. Jose got two managers involved in the process even though it was a very busy time at the dealership. I can't say enough about how he handled the process and of course I was very happy with the outcome. I will ask for him every time I return. More
I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi service center Sept 30th at about 9:54 am for a 10:00 am apt. Jose showed me the waiting room,"it I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi service center Sept 30th at about 9:54 am for a 10:00 am apt. Jose showed me the waiting room,"it will be about a 45, 50 minute wait; is that okay?". - I replied sure, no problem. I had a prior engagement that Saturday morning but that wasn't starting 'till 12:00 pm i figured i had more than enough time for an EXPRESS oil change which even the coupon quoted 55 minutes or less guaranteed. TWO HOURS after the time i was told it would take to complete the express oil change which included a vacuum, a car wash, a 30 MP inspection, and several other things only 1 thing got completed and that was the oil change. The car wash unit was not in working shape, nor the vacuums apparently; or anything else at the center that day. My keys were lost, that added an extra 45 minutes to the wait. I was asked if i would like them mailed to me when found (lol). 3 hours later, in to the time spent at Audi of Fairfield, trying to get an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE; my aggravated mind was too tired to put up a fight when it was time for me to pay for my NOT so express oil change. Although it was 55 minutes guaranteed quoted on the coupon and it took over 3 hours, i just shook my head, swiped my card and walked away. To sum it all up, DO NOT get your service done at Fairfield Audi if your in a rush! You will be disappointed. More
My service adviser Jose was fabulous! He was very personable& genuine. Prior to bringing my car in for scheduled 65k, someone stole one of my fog light covers right from my driveway. I had a wedding personable& genuine. Prior to bringing my car in for scheduled 65k, someone stole one of my fog light covers right from my driveway. I had a wedding to attend& was concerned that I would have to show up with my car and its missing piece. Jose promptly looked into getting the part that I needed and offered me any discounts available on my services, which also made me feel better about having the part stolen. I would recommend Jose, he is an asset to the Audi team! The service is always impeccable and I love how my car always comes back from being serviced washed & vacuumed. There is also just something special about getting your car back with Audi mints :). Thank you Audi Fairfield! More

Seemingly flawless from the reminder appointment calls to the meet/greet in the drive when dropping of for service all the way through to the call in reference to completion, my tech Ted is great also. In the past 10 years I have purchased the following Audi model cars for my family: 2 A6's: (2001 & 2004 for wife and son), 1 A4 (2006 for wife), 2005 A8 on lease for me, 2008 A8 purchased for me to replace model cars for my family: 2 A6's: (2001 & 2004 for wife and son), 1 A4 (2006 for wife), 2005 A8 on lease for me, 2008 A8 purchased for me to replace the lease car, and a new 2011 A8L to replace the 2008 A8 for me. I have done business with three dealerships, Greenwich, Danbury and Fairfield Audi. My experience with Audi of Fairfield was by far the best experience for many reasons. Primarily I felt I was working with a person who cared that I made the right decision on the model and options, and the price. Frank was professional, courteous, thoughtful and was a pleasure to work with. He was more than a salesperson. He provided insight, and thoughtfulness to our discussion and decision. As you can tell from our history of purchases we as a family like Audi's. I will be making my future purchases from Frank Chmielinski at Audi of Fairfield. More
Went to Audi of Fairfield and spoke to Anthoney Ferrone about an s-5, I say the new a-7 and was very impressed. Asked to demo and he rolled the one in the show room out the door. Could not believe the perf about an s-5, I say the new a-7 and was very impressed. Asked to demo and he rolled the one in the show room out the door. Could not believe the performance and handling, and I have been a Porsche driver. I bought the car on the spot and have been on a small trip of 125miles and got 28.5 miles to the gallon exceeding 55miles an hour. Best handling 4dr sedan I have ever driven More
