We bought a 2001 S4 in 2002 as certified pre-owned. Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we wanted, showed us some cars, negotiated fairly and openly. I bought my first Audi from Fairfield (then Continental) Motors. I was right out of school and had a somewhat limited budget and was buying a 2 year old car. I half figured that a Fairfield County dealer selling Porsche and Audi would hardly acknowledge a buyer like me. I was wrong. The dealer was helpful, polite, arranged competitive financing and took as much time as I needed. They even delivered the car to my home (about 30 miles away). My only complaint is that there was sometimes a bit of a wait to get a service appointment and loaners were virtually nonexistant. <br>I have purchased two new Audis since then, and the only reason I have switched dealerships is that I now live about 65 miles away.
