He never once pressured us, but was very informative and courteous all the way. My husband was an Audi customer before, but it was my first buying experience and felt very hesitant, but Chris made me feel at ease the whole time. We basically spent the entire day there, and the whole staff treated us with utmost respect and care. I highly recommend Audi Fairfield, especially Chris Durkin. You won't regret it! More

We worked with a new salesman, Chris Durkin, and he was wonderful. Since we were not sure exactly which model we wanted, Chris had us test drive several vehicles based on the features we liked best about our first Audi. Once we decided on the A6, he asked Chris Dellorco to assist with the complete walk through of the car since he had more experience with this model and it's many great features. Chris and Chris were two of the nicest people to work with and made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend either of them! More

I came from an Acura knowing nothing about the Audi brand and Ryan spent the better part of a few hours educating me on the various model lines and I walked out with a vehicle that I loved. The interaction on part of the entire team was professional and courteous and they went out of the way to see me beyond satisfied with every step of ownership. Ryan Olphonce was my sales professional and assisted me through all of the steps of my purchasing an Audi. Without hesitation i would advise anyone living in the Fairfield area who is looking to purchase through all of the steps of my purchasing an Audi. I have low profile tires on my Audi A6 which has been a problem for 5 years. Audi corrected this on later models but they also advised me to purchase a tire warranty. I am glad I did because several tires problem for 5 years. Audi corrected this on later models but they also advised me to purchase a tire warranty. I am glad I did because several tires needed to be replaced over the 5 years due to road hazards. I had another proble with a tire with a pierced sidewall and brought to the dealership. Jose Barbosa was my service rep and he went out of his way to deal withthe warranty company whic rejected the claim twice. Jose kept at it, sent a third round of photos and finally was successful. I left the dealership with a new tire and no cost to me. It took two days during which I used the dealerships loaner car. Jose got two managers involved in the process even though it was a very busy time at the dealership. I can't say enough about how he handled the process and of course I was very happy with the outcome. I will ask for him every time I return. More
I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi service center Sept 30th at about 9:54 am for a 10:00 am apt. Jose showed me the waiting room,"it I'll make this short. I arrived at Fairfield Audi service center Sept 30th at about 9:54 am for a 10:00 am apt. Jose showed me the waiting room,"it will be about a 45, 50 minute wait; is that okay?". - I replied sure, no problem. I had a prior engagement that Saturday morning but that wasn't starting 'till 12:00 pm i figured i had more than enough time for an EXPRESS oil change which even the coupon quoted 55 minutes or less guaranteed. TWO HOURS after the time i was told it would take to complete the express oil change which included a vacuum, a car wash, a 30 MP inspection, and several other things only 1 thing got completed and that was the oil change. The car wash unit was not in working shape, nor the vacuums apparently; or anything else at the center that day. My keys were lost, that added an extra 45 minutes to the wait. I was asked if i would like them mailed to me when found (lol). 3 hours later, in to the time spent at Audi of Fairfield, trying to get an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE; my aggravated mind was too tired to put up a fight when it was time for me to pay for my NOT so express oil change. Although it was 55 minutes guaranteed quoted on the coupon and it took over 3 hours, i just shook my head, swiped my card and walked away. To sum it all up, DO NOT get your service done at Fairfield Audi if your in a rush! You will be disappointed. More
