The "star rating" for my review is FAR higher than it should be! Friendly customer service is secondary to good repair work when talking about auto repair. As stated in my review, Roseanne(my customer service rep) is very friendly and had the patience of a saint. The huge problem with this repair shop is the poor quality of repair work, their unwillingness to stand by their work and the outrageous prices they charge due to lack of competition.
