Shame on you Audi of Fairfield (Audi Service) I bought an Audi Q5 2012 from a certified Audi Dealer in 2015 at Audi of Fairfield, Fairfield Connecticut. I have been having problem with oil consump I bought an Audi Q5 2012 from a certified Audi Dealer in 2015 at Audi of Fairfield, Fairfield Connecticut. I have been having problem with oil consumption, I went thru oil consumption test and it failed twice. They stated it costs $9500 to fix it. Needed 1 quart every 400 miles. I contacted AudiUSA by Email several times and I also contacted the manager of Audi Service Center in Fairfield, CT. I still have Outgoing email saved, not a reply/response. Audi Service Center of Fairfield. They are so shady, they wanted you to pay for it. The Audi Service of Fairfield Connecticut didn't even try to help me/customer to get audiUSA pay for the costs. AudiUSA refused to cover the repair under warranty. Consumers, DO NOT BUY any Audi, stay away from Audi of Fairfield, Connecticut. AudiUSA does not stand behind their faulty products. Shame on you Audi Service of Fairfield and Shame on AudiUSA. I will continue to write more about this on the newspaper. Never this life time will buy another Audi. More
Not happy - but the manager saved the day! I arrived at this dealership to make a deal, but they admittedly dropped the ball when it came to closing the deal. After losing my sale to another I arrived at this dealership to make a deal, but they admittedly dropped the ball when it came to closing the deal. After losing my sale to another dealership, Eric Brennan (the manager) reached out to me and was authentically apologetic. I'm writing this to let everyone know that although someone can make a mistake, the followup is the most important part. Eric Brennan gave me a completely new outlook on the dealership with his apology and would consider giving them a shot again when I purchase my next Audi in early 2019. More

The car had oil leaking to the side of the engine and the service manager there said it was “normal burnt oil.” I took the car to Audi of Fairfield to get looked at, they resealed the piece of the engine that was leaking oil, gave me a 2018 loaner car in the meantime and it was all covered. Always a good experience with them. More
Crashed my car Brought my car in to have several small scratches repaired on the wheels and spoiler. When i brought in in they said they had no idea why it was ther Brought my car in to have several small scratches repaired on the wheels and spoiler. When i brought in in they said they had no idea why it was there despite my having acalled ahead of time and made appointment. They called and said car was finished only to get there and find out they hadnt fixed the spoiler Next call i get they crashed the car at $17k damage i only drove the car 500 miles. I broght them a car that was nearly perfect and they return me one that had been crashed Told me they would fix it making a claim on my insurance. how generous. They will make a profit on the body shop work and i get a car that is worth $ 11k less as it has been crashed. Lots of luck selling afrer a crash it and no help from them at all. I have a lawyer and am suing them. Funniest part is that they made two follow calls to assure i was completely satisfied with the seevice. Call to corp headquarters at Pensky to complain was followed up by a call from agency to tell me how unreasonable i was in not accepting their genrous offer to fix the car for me. Horrible dealership More

Car stolen from lot - horrible experience!!!!!! My husband brought his rare Audi that he had just purchased to Fairfield Audi for service. After a few days he received a message from the manager tha My husband brought his rare Audi that he had just purchased to Fairfield Audi for service. After a few days he received a message from the manager that his car as well as another were stolen from the lot (NOT the first time this has happened). TO make a very long story short - they forced us in the end to use our insurance and because of the high deductible for home owners insurance we were never compensated for the items inside the car. Also, the police officer who took the case said that they were "dragging their feet" to report the car missing. In the end the car was recovered, taken on a weeks long joyride and found on the side of the road in New Haven. My husband searched across the country for this rare car and brought it to FA thinking it was in the best hands possible. Why would a dealership leave a rare car outside with the keys attached to the window?? This was the most horrible experience that we have ever had to go through with a car. Go to Greenwich Audi - our experience ended there which is what we would have expected at FA. More
You must see Isaiah Let’s be clear. Buying or leasing a vehicle does not always go well. We all know we need stamina to survive the rigors of that process. Add to that Let’s be clear. Buying or leasing a vehicle does not always go well. We all know we need stamina to survive the rigors of that process. Add to that my recent completion of nearly one year of chemotherapy and surgery for treatment of pancreatic cancer. This was my dilemma as I began to search for a new automobile. Replacing my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer was going to be tough but after 10 years it was time. I visited Infinity, Acura, and BMW. I left wondering about the knowledge those salespeople had about the very cars they were trying to convince me to buy. One salesperson never asked me anything other than my first name. No contact information. Nothing! He ignored the vehicle model I came in to ask about. Follow this with his and other dealerships’ overpricing, endless visits to their managers during the negotiations, inconsistencies between manager and salesperson, disinterest in my original wants and needs and a general lack of connection to me. Whew!! Then, seemingly by chance, I thought I would try an Audi dealership I sometimes ride by in Fairfield, CT. Enter Audi of Fairfield and Isaiah Agosto. You can feel the warmth of this dealership as soon as you enter and approach the reception area. I immediately felt this is the place I should be. I was introduced to Isaiah Agosto. He is personable and has absolute familiarity with the Audi products. He is a positive, articulate, and courteous individual. He treated me with patience and respect. The vehicle is one I never thought I would be able to purchase. By working on my wants and needs we found the vehicle that fit my budget. It took us no time at all because Isaiah recognizes the quickest and best way to expedite the process. I picked up the vehicle the next day. My wife and I have found our new Sales Consultant and auto dealership. They are Isaiah Agosto and he is at Audi of Fairfield in Fairfield Connecticut. You should definitely purchase or lease your next vehicle from this dealership!! More
