Today I went for my regular maintenance appointment which was an oil change and drainage of coolant fluids, I had a parking break light on that I mentioned to them and asked them to look at. I was there for 3 hours, just to leave with 10 lights on my dashboard. The steering on my car was off and tight, my speedometer no longer works. The gas light goes from empty to full while driving and they told me I needed to spend 4k to fix it. I am very upset and disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. More

They crashed my car and did nothing for me. My car was in for repairs after being stolen. They failed to identify the initial problems, and put on 'refurbished' rims that were still bent. Never looked at the suspension and undercarriage damage, and before I could complain, they crashed the car causing $30k+ damage. They refused to do anything for me. I'm suing them More
Highest praise for this dealership! I had a “misunderstanding” with my salesman, who was great despite the confusion. When we couldn’t resolve it, he suggested I reach out to the General Manage “misunderstanding” with my salesman, who was great despite the confusion. When we couldn’t resolve it, he suggested I reach out to the General Manager, Paulo Randazzo. Mr. Randazzo, a true pro, was only interested in my satisfaction and he resolved the issue immediately even though it cost him several hundred dollars. I’m sure he thinks I am wrong but that’s of no matter to him. He just wants me to be happy with Audi of Fairfield, which I am. More
