I purchased a 2023 Audi Q3, and while I loved the sleek design and performance, my experience with the dealership and the company has been extremely frustrating. After making the purchase, the company refused to provide me with a sales contract for 28 days. Upon receipt the dealership had committed fraud adding items to the due bill, adding insurance, even providing different numbers to the DMV allowing them to pocket more. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these problems through direct communication, I was left with no choice but to sue the company, which was ruled in my favor on September 10, 2024. Even after taking legal action, Audi Downtown LA still refuses to pay or take responsibility for their negligence. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience of owning a luxury vehicle has turned into an ongoing battle. I regret having to deal with this lack of accountability and poor customer service, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, especially if you expect them to stand by their word and services. Avoid at all cost, go to Beverly Hills it’s night and day difference. More

The dealership sold me a repetitive service package for my used car (I purchased with Gabriel Clopton). After getting my car serviced at another dealership, I found out about the duplicative service packages in November 2023. I called up Audi DTLA to get a refund and still ~10 months later I have not received it. Audi Corporate confirmed they sent a refund to the dealership that was supposed to be passed along to me in January 2024 and the dealership is keeping the money. The dealership claimed to have sent me multiple checks in the mail that never came. Whenever I follow up to check on the status, the dealership is unresponsive and ignores my calls and emails. At first, I thought that the finance team (Sandra Calderon, JJ Josey / Jonathan Josey) was simply incompetent but after informing management (Perry Makwana) of my issue I now see that it is a top down issue and the dealership is fraudulently keeping the refund that is owed to me. Hope this is helpful as I have spent countless unpleasant hours dealing with this that I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go through. More
Customer Service was the BEST. There was no judgement. Everyone that was coming in to the dealer was treated with equal respect and enthusiasm. I've been to so many other dealers (Audi, sadly) where I was "pre-judged" based on my appearance and not given any time, none. My E-Tron GT is amazing, and Audi DTLA won my business, while other missed out because of poor customer service. More
This dealership provided the absolute worst experience purchasing a car from start to finish. I purchased a CPO certified vehicle from this dealership and it has several issues. I was told the vehicle would be detailed before delivery, the vehicle arrived filthy with debris throughout the cabin and a horrible smell. They delivered the car with the entire trunk floor missing from the vehicle with exposed wires and hardware. There is coolant leaking, wheel bearing requiring replacement, loud noise echoing through cabin from either the sound system or suspension equipment in the trunk, among several other issues. This car does not meet Audi's CPO certification guidelines as advertised. The car sat at a local service center since taking delivery because of all the issues it has. Even before delivery of vehicle the dealership provided horrible support, from taking weeks to send clear condition photos to the level of customer service experienced by most of their staff, marking up extended warranties thousands above what other dealerships quoted to the cleanliness of the parking lot where they parked the vehicle surrounded by trash. This has been the worst car buying experience from this dealership in my entire life. More

November 2022, I took my Q5 in for a recall issue and oil change. I drove my car off the dealer and the display screen went black for a couple of minutes. The service technician was not able to figure out the issue and after one year I still have the same problem. Service advisor, advised me to buy an Audi iPhone charger, which I did, but that did not solve the issue. I also got an oil change the same day of my recall issue. The service technician failed to tighten up the splash shield and I had an oil leak. May 2023, I return to the service department for an oil change. Just to discover that my engine was leaking oil. The service manager assistant me with the repairs of my vehicle, and I was happy with the repairs. July 17, 2023, I discover that the splash shield was missing from my vehicle. I called the dealer to speak to service advisor and service manager. I left a message and have not received a call. This is unacceptable and I will not give my business to Audi Downtown LA. I do not feel safe having my car service by the staff. More

*BUYER BEWARE* I bought an S5 last week from Audi Downtown LA with Mike Jaber as the salesperson who helped me. (pic1) On Saturday I went to pick up the car and noticed two large uneven holes in the Downtown LA with Mike Jaber as the salesperson who helped me. (pic1) On Saturday I went to pick up the car and noticed two large uneven holes in the top of the grill and Mike explained that the license plate frame had been mounted incorrectly and that they would repair/replace it. I was hesitant to accept the car but I trusted the issue would be properly handled since he assured me his GSM and Service Manager were getting involved. (pic2) Mike assured me that his superiors were aware of the situation and getting together to discuss it and would "reach out" (top of pic3) Well... they all ghosted me. Finally, after emailing them that I was unhappy and going to be posting a review of my experience Roger Chammas called me. He said he'd resolve the issue and get right back to me.... I've yet to hear back from him on my follow up emails/texts/calls. What an absolutely horrible car buying experience. More
