I had shopped Sunset Porsche/Audi (2 salesmen never called me back!) and spoke with 2 major dealers in the Seattle area; none of the 3 could do better than Josh and Wilsonville Audi. Ok, as we all know...There is always ONE in the bunch that has a xxxx pour experience with dealerships! This is mine... I went to buy a so called "well maintained" "well taken care of" Audi Q7. I drove that has a xxxx pour experience with dealerships! This is mine... I went to buy a so called "well maintained" "well taken care of" Audi Q7. I drove the car off the lot got it home and upon further inspection the was supposed to be done by the DEALERSHIP..I found a golf ball size hole in the sidewall of the right front tire, that was dangerous as xxxx! Had to get it replaced at Les Schwabs. Then we found that they "during inspection" missed the back door handles that had exposed wires that my baby girl thought shocked her when she closed the door. Then we did buy a extended warranty... which according to them cover absolutely nothing!. I have to pay 3000 for sunroof motor that has been replaced twice already, cause its "not covered". This is the third time that we have had our Q7 in there for service and we bought it 4 weeks ago! Last time we took it in the found upon inspection the ECM module is defective...Which according to them again " we will will cover it but its not something that is typically covered". So since we have bought our Audi I have told my friends dont go out there, go to Audi of Portland maybe they can treat you better and have better luck on a paid for warranty! Who knows!! More

Scott Larson is a rock star. I called in wanting a specific car and he was able to get it and get it for a great price.
