35K mile service Dropping off the vehicle and getting a loaner for the day was fast, easy and efficient. I was called later in the day regarding a warranty issue, or Dropping off the vehicle and getting a loaner for the day was fast, easy and efficient. I was called later in the day regarding a warranty issue, or lack of warranty actually....very disappointing that a luxury brand like Audi only warrants it's trim work for 12 mo / 12K miles when most vehicles are 36 mo + bumper-to-bumper. (I have window trim chrome that is peeling that I had brought to the service departments attention last year and again this year, but still no action to replace, except for a very steep price of over $2,100!) The customer service person Edward was very professional and attentive. Vehicle was clean and delivered when promised. Unfortunately, I will most likely need to look at a different luxury brand that stands behind their vehicles with a better warranty for my next vehicle. More
