I purchased a new Q7 from Scott Larson. It can only be described as a wonderful experience. Words can't truly express how great Scott was to me. He let me ask the questions and was not pushy. After spending time with him I knew that I was going back to Audi because of Scott and the Q7. I absolutely love my new car and am thrilled to own it. I even took extra business cards to pass out to friends in Salem. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience buying a car from Scott Larson!! More
There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience with Wilsonville Audi. I first contacted them online and received a friendly response back. I came in to test drive the vehicle, loved it, 5 minute negotiation to a great price (I know it was a great price cause there’s nothing like autotrader.com and ebaymotors.com to find out what used cars are selling for!) and they allowed me to walk away with no pressure while I decided if I wanted the car. I was looking at the exact same vehicle at another Portland dealer where I spent 15 minutes just haggling over the process of negotiation, let alone the price, which eventually they didn’t even come close to the Wilsonville Audi price. Needless to say, I bought the car from Wilsonville Audi and highly recommend them for new or used vehicles. Great friendly staff, comfortable showroom, great price, relaxed environment… what more can you ask for in a car buying experience? Maybe some Belgium dark chocolate (sorry German chocolate isn’t as good a Belgium!) in the showroom refreshment area to go along with the gourmet coffee? More

Josh contacted us early the next day and was able to provide me with all of the information that I needed to drive from the Seattle area down to Q7. When we got there, the deal we were promised was exactly the deal we got. Josh was very thorough and informative in explaining all of the features of our new car. We feel that the there-and-back trip to buy our car at Audi Wilsonville was completely worth the drive. More
Very positive experience overall. He took care of everything before we came out, so when we got there we spent most of our time actually looking at vehicles instead of haggling. Although we paid a bit more than we wanted to, we felt good about the deal and the overall experience. Working with Nancy in finance was also a pleasure. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend the dealership to any friends who are looking at an Audi. More
Very pleased with the car that was shown online. It was exactly as shown. The condition of the car was outstanding. I feel like I am driving a brand new car. I think we received very good deal and had extras added in for a super reasonable price. Our only breaking point was the time that we had to sit waiting to finalize the deal. Unfortunatly there was only one financing person on staff at the time and we waited far to long to close the deal. Other than that, the whole staff was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable about their vehicles and the customer service showed by their interest in explaining everything. And this comes from someone who will walk out if the customer service is anything but above par. We didn't need a newer car, a newer car was sold to people through very good customer service. This dealership and the employees who helped us lease an Audi will go far. We felt very welcome from the moment we entered the showroom. My wife was very hesitant to look at Audis again after experiences with the salespeople at another local Audi dealership--lots of attitude and arrogance. We had a good experience and the showroom is really amazing. We still spent about twice as much time buying our car as we have spent in the past at other places, so this could be improved. Also, not all the information was presented to us at the beginning--additional warranty info came later. We would have preferred and we might even have bought the plan if we had had more time to review. Since they offered it to us to late in the process (we could have been reviewing it while we waited) we passed, as we needed to stay on schedule and didn't want to sign up for a service without researching it first. More
