I recently brought my vehicle in for it's 45k service and it was the easiest transaction, from the time of dropping off my vehicle, to picking it up. Jay and Kevin provided me with a loaner and they treated me with an S4 (the smile has yet to be erased from my face). Roman an Audi Certified Technician came to greet me when I dropped off my vehicle he began asking me how it was running etc., I told him of a couple of issues that I had with the vehicle, without hesitation he went straight to my vehicle and began looking at them. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Roman once again stopped what he was working on to greet me and discuss all that he had done to my vehicle during the service. The old adage goes once you find a good service technician that you can trust, you'll never want to take your vehicle to anyone else, this absolutely holds true with Roman. It became apparent this was the car I wanted, so we spoke on the phone and agreed on a price. We also agreed on a range for my trade-in, site unseen. I've never purchased a car this way before and was a little wary because I had to drive three hours to the dealership. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and professional. I even received the high-end range for my trade-in. Nancy handled the paperwork extremely quickly and professionally and I was back on the road in no time. Traded in one of our nice BMW's to try a new Audi. We have owned BMW's for years. Always loved driving them and the dealers are always professional and care about the customer. Went into this dealership on Sunday to check out an Audi A4. Ended up getting a beautiful black one. Had a couple issues in the beginning, however Jason Jellison handled them like a professional. We walked away from the dealership with the best deal possible. A great trade-in value for our car, great financing, and a beautiful car. Haven't tried the service department yet as the car is running great so can't say how that will be. But they have a nice fleet of loaner cars and a fabulous brand new service department. Give this beautiful new dealership a try. If you have any bumps in the road, be sure and ask for Jason. If it's possible he will make it happen. Thank You Jason for making our experience a good one.
