We were very impressed with how the sale of the new Q5 was addressed. Kevin was professional, quiet but friendly, not pushy, and after leaving and visiting 3 other dealerships we command the staff -- they was addressed. Our experience with the 3 other dealerships on the higher end solutions were amazingly sad. We felt pushed, and even setting up in advance appointments they were not prepared, late, didn't have the answers we were looking for, running around to approve pricing while we sat and waited, and at the lexus dealer could not even order a car because of the Japan crisis. They didn't look at other dealerships to see what was available in advance and didn't offer to do it while we were there. I was surprised that Lexus, BMW and Volvo didn't have their act together knowing in advance we were serious, wanted a cash deal, and didn't want to just spend a Saturday out shopping. Kevin again is a special asset to your dealership and should be awarded for an excellent job! We will be looking at a used Audi this next year for my godchild and Kevin will be the first one we call for pricing. He already owns an Audi and is interested in replacing it. More

The other Audi dealer in Oregon charged you to rent a Toyota Camry for the day. I met Josh on one of my service visits when I was kicking tires around the lot. I mentioned to him I was interested in a new car in the near future, but it wouldn't be immediate. He asked me what I was interested in, and actually arranged to have that model given to me as a loaner that day. I found Josh to be very knowledgable about the car and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to make a deal. Not long after, I went home with my new S4 and love it. More

He set up a appointment for the next day and when we arrived the car was outside in the front ready for me to drive! I landed at Audi Wilsonville about six months ago, the day I decided to end my nightmare with a different dealership (Herzog-Meier Vw-Volvo: worst car experience I've had in my life). Joe worked with me to make sure I was happy with my new car and Kevin made sure I was happy with the price. Regarding the service department, I have taken my car twice to maintenance (scheduled service and detailing). Both times, Jay was extremely accommodating. He worked around my schedule and always had a loan car ready for me. I have bought many cars in two different continents, Europe and America, and never before I had experienced the quality of service that I have seen at Audi Wilsonville. I am really glad I drove to Wilsonville. I am very happy with my A4 and it's looking like my next car will be another Audi. I love the fact that everyone there will walk the extra mile to get to know you personally and make sure you're happy with your car.
