Feel very good about the purchase -- all aspects of it. The service department looks to be fantastic. Very professional and skilled. The salesperson who dealt with us is not listed in their lineup. He was ok, very laid back. Had a good interaction with the manager, Kevin. The person who deals with registration papers and closes the deal was also very congenial and pleasant. The ladies there couldn't be nicer. We're looking forward to having a professional relationship with this business. More

Anton and Jeff stayed about 90 minutes after closing to help me finish the paperwork and Anton took quite a long time to set up my phone in the car and show me everything regarding the technology of the vehicle. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Audi Wilsonville to any friends or family looking to purchase a new or used Audi. More
I was looking for a car that was inexpensive, reliable, and trendy. Associate Josh Jeffery did an outstanding job of finding a car that fit what I was looking for. I have had the car for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. I haven't had to refill on gas once yet and it has proven to have great mileage. I really appreciate how nice all the employees we're and how welcoming they were, creating a great atmosphere for the store. I also appreciate associate Scott Mitchell taking me on a test drive with the car. Josh Jeffery also assured me that the car was well inspected and made sure that the car was reliable. This employees and other went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy costumer and I really appreciate the time and dedication that Josh and other salesmen put into their sales. I will be recommending the Audi Wilsonville dealership to all of my friends. The process is quick and easy and made me feel like the time I spent looking at cars and buying my car was well worth it. Came in today for campaign/ recall 17D9 and 24T3. Courteous service by SA K. Sweeney. In and out with a loaner car in less than 10 minutes. Came to pick up the car 15 minutes past closing (6PM) but luckily GSM K. Fields was there to help me pick up the car. Car was washed clean and some brake bulbs were replaced, all with zero out of pocket expense. One minor glitch: somehow the mechanic didn't put the battery cover properly. It was upside down. Also, the air intake plastic hose was not tightly connected. Not an issue because I "fixed" it in 2 minutes :-) I had an Audi while living in NYC and by far, Wilsonville Audi went above and beyond for its customers (as you can see by rave reviews here). This was by far the simplest and least time consuming vehicle purchase I have ever made. We agreed on price via the internet and Josh arranged for a very thorough test drive of a new Q5. Once we made the decision to purchase, the entire process was completed in about 90 minutes. At least half of that time was spent showing us how to operate many of the various functions on the car. Josh was always very courteous, friendly and professional and not once did we ever feel pressured to buy. The same can be said for Sam Gilbert, the finance manager. He explained the various options on maintenance and appearance with no hard sell or stories of possibly grievous consequences should we decline. From start to finish it was a pleasant and non stress inducing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is considering the purchase of an Audi. More
Last Friday, I received a frantic call from my “credit challenged” sister, who had been reduced to tears over the treatment she had received from a car dealership in our hometown of Olympia. Feeling very much at a loss, the only thing I knew to do was to contact “my car guy.” I called Kevin Fields, General Sales Manager at Wilsonville Audi. Admittedly, there was a part of me that hoped that the business relationship that I had established with Kevin over the course of many years and several vehicle transactions, would lend some type of credibility to my sisters’ fragile situation. Mostly, I knew in my heart that if anything could be done to get my sister into a new vehicle, Kevin would try with everything in him. Kevin spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone, learning all the particulars of my sisters’ situation. He took down all of her personal information as well as her financial criteria, giving him the ability to structure financing to keep her within her budget. Kevin called back less than an hour later, with an approval for financing. I called my sister and told her the great news, and for the second time that day, she was reduced to tears. My sister and I created a “needs/wants/dreams of” features list to convey to Kevin, as he began contextualizing the vehicle that would best suit her. Kevin asked thoughtful and important questions, offering expert advice and the occasional opinion when asked. Kevin gave us constructive guidance as we navigated through the process. Kevin went to work on finding the vehicle, and stated he would call me back when he had found one. I figured it would take the weekend, planning a follow up call to him on Monday. Not even 24 hours later, Kevin called to say that he believed he had found the perfect vehicle. He asked me to review his choice, via the Tonkin website which contained 27 photos of the vehicle as well as a complete vehicle bio. Plenty enough information for my sister to fall deeply in “like” with a vehicle for which she had neither seen, nor stepped foot in. I personally, was absolutely dumbfounded by his selection. Not only did Kevin find a car with every single one of my sisters needs and wants, but also a few features from the “dreams of “ list. Features that I didn’t even know were possible in a vehicle. He nailed it. Today, my sister and I drove 2.5 hours from Olympia to Wilsonville Audi. Kevin was there to greet us as we came through the front door. He directed me to the espresso machine and immediately summoned one of his sales staff to get my sister familiar with her new vehicle. She was out on her test drive within minutes of our arrival. When she returned from her drive, she told me she had fallen deeply in "love" with this vehicle. Back inside, she spent a few minutes with Sam (Finance Manager) who was beyond respectful and considerate, as he explained the terms of her financing. The payment came in at almost $150.00 below her current payment, on a vehicle that was 2 years newer. Sitting in that office talking about her less than perfect credit, I watched my sister smiling and laughing and couldn’t help but think back to the phone call she had placed to me just 7 days prior. I thought, “What a difference a week makes…” and then immediately corrected myself, “What a difference Kevin Fields makes…” I am not one to write reviews. But today, I feel compelled to share this experience with anyone considering a transaction with Kevin and his dealership. I am going to close by telling you this: I find it ironic that at the end of the day, I have to remind myself that the transactions that I do with Kevin are “business.” It is very easy to forget that, when you are sitting across the table from Kevin. Maybe it's because I just have never got the sense that Kevins “job” is to sell me a car. Every interaction with him makes me feel like his “job” is to make my life easier. Whether it is working past his normal hours to get an approval, or having everything in order so that I am in, out and elated in 75 minutes flat, or taking the time to understand who I am as a client, and putting me in the car of my dreams - even if my dream car changes several times a year. Today, Kevin Fields earned my continued admiration and loyalty. And has earned yet another loyal customer by treating my sister with the dignity and respect that she deserves. But above all of this, today Kevin changed the way my sister feels about herself. It was not his job, nor his purpose. It just happened while he was selling her a car. It is my sincere hope that this review will serve as a way to adequately express my appreciation for that. More
Jeff Blackwood at Audi Wilsonville was fantastic! The wife and I bought a new A4 this Saturday after having confirmed several days earlier with Scott Larson, another great salesperson who works there, th wife and I bought a new A4 this Saturday after having confirmed several days earlier with Scott Larson, another great salesperson who works there, that Audi's loyalty program was still in effect. (This is our 3rd Audi.) Jeff was attentive, no-pressure and wow, does he know Audi vehicles. As an A4 and S4 owner himself, Jeff was the perfect person to guide us in our car-buying decisions. He explained all the features, answered all our questions and even helped us with the color scheme - Glacier White exterior with black interior. He was always patient and genuinely enthusiastic about Audi which melded well with us - we're die-hard Audi fans. The price for our A4 was very fair, too. After more than a week of studying how to achieve a reasonable price when buying a car and armed with knowledge from Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds, I was prepared to negotiate all over the place. But Jeff, who's also the Finance Manager, handled the whole thing himself. He simply worked up a price quote and presented it to us. There was nothing to negotiate because his offer exceeded our expectations. Kudos also go to Office Administrator Kristina Vasquez, who was happy to put a 3-day hold on our check when we discovered on Monday that transferring money from our bank to our credit union needed two days for the check to clear. And get this, while there at Audi Wilsonville, I glanced over and saw one of my co-workers buying herself an Audi from one of the other salespeople. In the other direction, we saw some neighbors who live down our street, also there buying an Audi! Very auspicious, I think. My guess is this dealership has discovered the secret to providing a successful and positive experience for car buyers - hire great salespeople like Jeff and sell well-priced cars in a no-pressure environment. I will be back when it's time for a trade-in, but until then, I've been telling everyone how great this experience has been. Thank you, Jeff! More
