Jacob Goudy (Finance Manager) on the other had was much less pleasant to deal with. I felt more pressured by him when going over paperwork and talking over warranty options. I decided against an extended dealership warranty, and he had the nerve to grill me about why I didn't want it. The 5 star rating I am giving this dealership is excluding Mr. Goudy. But its really guys like Rocco that make this dealership a great place to buy a car. If I ever decide to buy a new Audi in the future, I know where I will be going. More
