We began dealing on a car on Sunday morning over the phone. We made arrangements to drive and purchase the car on Monday (2 hours from our home). We sent an email Monday morning confirming the plan. One phone. We made arrangements to drive and purchase the car on Monday (2 hours from our home). We sent an email Monday morning confirming the plan. One hour into the drive, when I checked on options for delivery, we were informed that the car was sold the night before. (Test driven and sold AFTER we began dealing on it). Then, they asked if we were interested in another car. I called out a bait and switch and the sales manager, Anton, hung up on me. If you are from out of town, DO NOT deal with this dealership. They are shady and will sell it out from under you and try to sell you on a different car saying that it is illegal to hold a car that someone is dealing on (definitely NOT against the law.) More
We would not recommend this dealership. The service level, knowledge and follow up do not exist. We bought our first Audi in Minnesota and had a wonderful experience. At this dealership they didn't know the card didn't have navigation until they were trying to set it up for us. When we spoke with the general manager he informed us they forgot to give us a $50 Audi gift card and would be dropping it in the mail. That was a month ago and we have not yet received it even after following up via email and phone call. We do not feel appreciate, rather we were left feeling like the cars sell themselves. More

After 2 months of getting the run around from Chris Laport and paying over 1k out of pocket on “it could be this or that” I finally got my car fixed and picked it up Oct 1st 2020. Before that happened, though, Audi tried scam me into trading in my 2016 A4 68k miles car for 6k by Chris Laport, and then I was told by the sales rep that she could actually give me 13 k for it. Meanwhile I had certified preowned warranty to fix the low-pressure alert and then when I called Chris to let him know about the warranty and to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in, he told me not to bring in my car and hang up the phone. It took 2 attempts of having Audi customer service reach out to them, and me calling the manager to finally get a response about the warranty. 2 weeks later, manager Kampmann finally returns my call and apologizes on dropping the ball on this one. By this time, I could have taken my car to any other dealership to get it fixed, but I chose to stick with them and continued to give them my business. A couple of days later, instead of hearing from the manager, I am being contact by Chris Laport, the gentleman that refused to return my calls or find out more about the warranty, letting me know my car is ready for pick up. I called the manager to tell him that Chris Laport is the last person I wanted to hear from. I wanted to talk with the manager about what transpired the last two months, and about getting a refund as well as what training he is going to provide to staff so that this does not happen again. But instead, manager was upset that I was frustrated about being contacted by Chris Laport. He told me he had to jump through hoops to get my car fixed. The manager wanted a pat on the back for finally doing his job. He laughed at me when I told him I deserved an apology from his service guy and also that this would not have happened if I was a male customer. The icing on the cake for me was when the manager made sure to have Chris Laport do the checkout for when I finally picked up my car and did I get an apology, nope. Never returning to this place again. Definitely going to take my business elsewhere. Quite frankly, don’t trust that they actually fixed my car, so I am going to trade it in. More

This should be included in the price instead of trying to itemize their services. They did a great job washing and cleaning the car but I would have preferred getting an oil change that includes doing the job for one price. Be very careful when getting your car serviced at Wilsonville Audi and challenge them for the exact service and costs. More

Timing chain goes out at 90k and caused $6000 worth of damage. Audi only covers the cost of timing chain but only 25% of damage the timing chain causes. Why? I was told by two separate customer service agents named Rachel and Emily that it’s against the law and the judge who signed the CLASS ACTION SUIT WON’T LET US. I call back to ask for copy of suit and name of judge and was told I didn’t hear what I heard and was transferred to an alternate number. What the heck?! I didn’t hear what I heard?! I told her to check the calls as they are recorded and she said, “only some are recorded.” Oh, and in order to get the timing chain covered (which cost $2000) I had to have the Honda dealership on Wilsonville get ahold of the previous owner for records cause Audi would not do it. Yet both dealerships has the same info! The service manager who sat comfortably in his office can bugger off in my opinion. I do feel bad for Brian who I dealt with mostly cause he has to be the mouth piece for a heartless and all about the bottom line dealership and company. Now I’m off to pay $3500+ for something that should be covered. The fact is this...Audi Wilsonville did major engine work on this car at 54k miles. Then 35k miles later something goes wrong and they only cover part of it because they have to due to a class action lawsuit. And there’s records that prove the car was well maintained during that 35k miles. Only another dealership went above and beyond to get those records cause Audi would not. And if you question any of these allegations feel free to ask me for paperwork and phone records to prove it. More
Good deal, best sales person. My family and I happen to be a road trip from Bellevue,WA to Lego.Land in California and at the same time in the market to get a new car. Between all My family and I happen to be a road trip from Bellevue,WA to Lego.Land in California and at the same time in the market to get a new car. Between all make and brands we decided to get a Q7. The deal Eric gave us was much better than our deal in Bellevue. We took the unit in our way back to bellevue. We had to drive 200 miles from the dealership to home, and I can simply say it worth it. Some minor issue we noticed in the way home, and it was easily taken care of by Eric. I would really recommend the dealership and specifically Eric to all my friends and I think I already know where I am going to get my next car from :) More

Two weeks ago we bought a used luxury car from them for cash, flew 700 miles to buy it, only to discover the condition was not as represented. When we asked about the scrapes that were not disclosed, the sales person shrugged and said what did we expect, it was a used car. We were obviously disappointed , but by then it would have been extremely expensive to walk away. Then when we arrived home we discovered some SAFETY parts missing from our car. We called four times to try to resolve this problem and they have refused More

5,000 mile gratis service. Investigate a couple of issues. Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, there isn't much to relay. Having access to a new Audi service loaner was a pleasant bonus. As was having my vehicle returned shiny clean and vacuumed. In summary, I felt pampered by the Audi Wilsonville service department and I would recommend them to any Audi owner. More
