No customer service ! I bought an Audi A4 from Wilsonville Audi. I drove it home and called them to say this car isn't for me. The seats are rock hard and it is very uncomf I bought an Audi A4 from Wilsonville Audi. I drove it home and called them to say this car isn't for me. The seats are rock hard and it is very uncomfortable. They didn't try to help in anyway. They were sorry I didn't like "MY" new car. Any dealership but a Tonkin dealership would have back us out or would have found a solution. They have HORRIBLE customer service. More
