She was patient while I test drove three different models (and still patient at the end when I settled on an entirely different one). She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the controls and settings of all the Audi's we drove. She intelligently discusses pros and cons for each model in relationship to my needs. And possibly most importantly, she walked me through the whole process quickly and efficiently. I was prepared to spend hours sitting in the showroom waiting for paperwork but that was not the case working with Brandi. Once I'd made my selection we settled on a very fair price and I was out the door in no time. She made the process very professional and utterly enjoyable. It's a credit to Audi Wilsonville to have salespeople like this on the team. More

All of the sales staff is always helpful, and willing to answer any questions I have. I have my own sales person that I work with but when he is not available, everyone else are willing to spend time with me. The service and parts staff are the same way, acting as a team to assist me with all my needs. I have purchased a number of cars from many dealers in many states, but Audi Wilsonville has been the best experience I have had. More

I asked many questions during the shopping process and Josh knew the answer no matter how technical it was every single time. In fact, as a Realtor I wondered if the navigation system would be able to load several addresses into memory so that while I tour buyers around looking at houses I could enter them all in at once before picking my clients up and not have to add each new address throughout the tour. A wonderful feature for me. After purchasing a 2016 Acura RDX and having problems with the sales folks from "other" dealers I was thrilled with Josh's service, his attention to detail and professionalism. More

3rd Buying Experience with Audi Wilsonville. Just purchased my 3rd vehicle, a 2015 S4, from Josh Jeffery over at Audi Wilsonville. I also used them for all of my service on my previous A4. I could not be happier with the buying process. 2 of the purchases were CPO Audi's and 1 was a Toyota that was at another Tonkin Dealership. In all cases the process has been simple and pleasant. Buying a car and negotiating can be extremely stressful for many but the team here is patient and willing to work with you no matter your buying habits. I was also assisted by Kevin Fields (Sales GM) and Jeff Blackwood (Finance) throughout the final process and both were a pleasure to work with. The service team @ Audi Wilsonville is excellent to work with and always communicative and thorough. During a previous service they would not let my vehicle leave the lot until they were 110% satisfied with the repair work.
