She was patient while I test drove three different models (and still patient at the end when I settled on an entirely different one). She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the controls and settings of all the Audi's we drove. She intelligently discusses pros and cons for each model in relationship to my needs. And possibly most importantly, she walked me through the whole process quickly and efficiently. I was prepared to spend hours sitting in the showroom waiting for paperwork but that was not the case working with Brandi. Once I'd made my selection we settled on a very fair price and I was out the door in no time. She made the process very professional and utterly enjoyable. Very thorough walk-through of the car after the purchase that probably accounted for more time than the financing/ paperwork portion. And the car is a freaking monster. Buy a radar detector if you get this model. More
