Great customer service, sold me multiple cars with mechanical issues. First an 06 Mazada 3 that’s they didn’t do the oil change on and it started knocking and oil was black when i checked. They told me metal in the oil pan and gave me my money back, then sold me a lexus is350 that’s burning oil like no xxxxing tomorrow, it’s left me stranded 4 times now and i’m sitting here on center street stranded because it’s burning oil and i have no oil to drive anywhere and i’ve replaced the oil filter and did an oil change. Horrible job at looking over cars but great customer service. More

We had never considered an Audi when searching for a smaller SUV. A friend suggested we give it a test... I connected with Dee Long online and set up an appointment. The first was not acceptable... but the second one... Love at first sight ..she picked one with cream colored interior which I loved... and when we drove it we knew this was the car for us. Loved working with Dee... she made the whole process painless ( and of course due to Covid 19.. also very sanitary. Would highly recommend both the Audi Q5 and Dee. More

I dropped off my car in the morning to have it worked on. Specifically asked for it not to have its "courtesy" car wash. I am an auto detailing enthusiast. The car has been paint corrected, ceramic coated and etc. From my dashcam footage it appeared that the car went through a "car wash machine". When I called and asked for my service advisor, he said it was "washed by hand". In addition, the car was left on the lot around 10 am, I called him around noon for an update, he ended up calling me back around 4pm. So the car has been sitting there since 10am... This is why I dislike going to dealerships. stellar experience and thanks for teaching me the new way to "handwash" you car. More

For the second year in a row my car was not “detailed” after my annual service. When I came to pick up my car it was clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. I went to Brain to get it cleaned, waitin after my annual service. When I came to pick up my car it was clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. I went to Brain to get it cleaned, waiting 15-20 minutes while they cleaned my car and when I drove away the back seat was still dirty. The sides of the door were not cleaned out and the entire back seat needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. It’s the details that matter. Audi Wilsonville does not seem to care. More
