Joe H. was so knowledgable about the Audi's, in how they compared to Range Rover, Mer Dealing with Wilsonville Audi was a very pleasurable experience. Joe H. was so knowledgable about the Audi's, in how they compared to Range Rover, Mercedes and BMW. With that, his follow up was very professional. I was ready to buy a Range Rover, and Joe explained to me how much better the Audi is, in everyway. Since I purchased my A7, I can say it started with Joe, and since I drove away in my A7, he was right, it's a beautiful car! I would highly recommend buying from Joe, and Wilsonville Audi! More

I thought you said it was being sent over night the day you dropped my car off...? Scotts response: I'll have my guy check with his contact again. I "said" as soon as they find them they'll over night them down to us and we'll send them straight to you." Scott wrote after another series of BS emails: "Apparently they found the key and are sending it down - since we've heard this before if it falls through we will dub a new key for you." I wrote.. "That's interesting.. I emailed them this weekend and spoke with an Angela Chueh who said they didn't have it and it should have been in the glovebox upon delivery to your dealership... So, you spoke to them after? I received my key... Still waiting for the correct owners manual.. He sent me the wrong one intentionally and without the jacket.. Apparently I wouldn't notice or care.. I pretty much did his job for him from day one and all he had to do was follow through with a few items. Apparently, that was my job too. Where my bonus! Will NEVER recommend this dealership for buying or servicing a car! Go to Audi Tacoma! Amazing respectful and caring staff! Or, go to Audi Seattle! Follow through with emails and respectful staff! I'll give Kevin a pat on the back though.. Maybe I should have worked with him. More
