All-in-all, the staff and the high standards for cars they re-sell on their lot made for an easy, hassle-free, and pleasurable experience of which I cannot say about the numerous other dealerships I've worked with over time. That's what I expected. My prior experience with the dealership was with the service department for my 2007 Audi A3 and they always treated me well. The leasing process was easy and straight forward. We looked at a couple of 2016 and '17 A3s as well as the S3, but decided that the performance of the S3 was what I wanted. Joe found a discount that saved us a bit and there's an Audi promo in effect that pays the first month's lease, so the cost was reasonable.
