He made the overall process enjoyable and what we appreciated most was his direct approach with a fair price to try and win our business. We did shop at the Beaverton Audi the day after our visit with Scott but it truly felt more like the clichéd car buying experience with the back and forth games between sales and finance. Scott reached out the next day with reasonable offers on what we were looking for and we came down that night to sign papers. We have had a few questions regarding features on our new car and Scott has always responded back quickly with meaningful answers. The financing process was a breeze as well and feel the overall experience was extremely positive. More

Great in all areas! After driving three new Volvos over 30+ years, the dealership closed in Salem. I then drove a Toyota, which I did not like. I purchased a used Audi last year and brought it in for regular service. Rod was great from the time he greeted me at the door and was helpful in answering the questions I had about my car. I waited in the customer area for the two hours while my car was serviced. (Now that is another perk....it is so welcoming, with drinks and snacks.) I was impressed at all the employees who I observed during that time, it was evident that pleasing the customer was a priority. I love driving my Audi, and I now have a great place to come for future service. More
