Professional service and well organized. The staff did not keep me waiting as many car dealerships do. My salesperson, Jae was thoughtful and accommodating in working with my schedule. I think I got a very fair deal on the used truck I purchased. More
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Jae answered all of my questions, showed me multiple cars that fit what I wanted, and ultimately helped me find the exact car I was looking for. I'll start this review by saying this: if you feel like you've been scammed by a car dealership, you have rights. Research the law, both state and federal, especially with the attorney general, the BBB and you've been scammed by a car dealership, you have rights. Research the law, both state and federal, especially with the attorney general, the BBB and the FTC. File complaints. Leave reviews. I purchased a used car from these people in January 2023, in cash. I live in a different state from where I bought the car, so they drove it to my house. The first thing that should've been a red flag was that the sales guy required me to fill out a credit application. When I asked why that was even necessary since I was not applying for credit but paying cash, he responded by saying "we need to make sure we can take a check from you". I responded by asking if they can just verify with my bank that the money is there? and got no response. Remember, this is a direct wire transfer from my bank that they receive before the car goes anywhere. The same day that I was sending the bank wire, the finance guy calls me and sells me an "extended warranty". I tell him I need the paperwork for this warranty, and he tells me "just take the car to any Audi dealership and they can help you out". Red flag number 2. The car arrives. Mileage on advertised vehicle: 7059. Mileage when vehicle arrives: 8033. (There is 198 miles from the dealership to my house). Red flag number 3. When the car arrives, I sign all the paperwork standing outside on the sidewalk. I very clearly asked him to send the paperwork I signed and he told me that of course, he would send it. In the glove box there is the Monroney sticker required for new cars. There is no Buyer's Guide (required by the FTC for used cars), no manual, absolutely no information about the car. About a week after I got the car, I washed and detailed it. I notice some pretty heavy chunks of rubber missing from 2 of the 4 tires. Then a message pops up in the car saying that one of the tires is low in air pressure. When I questioned the finance guy about this, he told me to send pictures of the tires to the sales guy, which I did and got no response. As for the low pressure in the tire, he said the tire was probably just cold. A few days later I walked out to see the tire sitting on the rim, it was completely flat. I inspect the tire to find a screw in it. I take the car to Les Schwab, only to be told that all four tires needed to be replaced, and that the other 3 tires had only 5/32" tire tread left, which is at the end of their life span. I also find out that the oil level is low. The tires end up costing me $1750. Time is passing and I have requested the paperwork for the sale of the car and for the warranty multiple times. I get empty promises that either the paperwork is being sent that day or has already been sent, but I get nothing. I asked for the valet key, the manual and the screws for the license plate that are oddly just missing. It's close to the end of March and I still have nothing. e-mails to the finance guy are ignored. Really crappy way to treat a customer. I've talked with other Audi sales people about this treatment and they are carefully disgusted. I've already filed a complaint with my state's attorney general. Next is the FTC and the BBB. If that doesn't get their attention then I will retain legal counsel. More

The people who work here are useless. They do not explain anything on the finance part. They do not follow up on phone calls and do not reply on emails despite multiple attempts to reach them. I would NEVER go back. The 2019 q3 I bought from them was not detailed, had electrical issues, the communication and negotiation was none existent. Greedy! I would go back to lynwood infiniti over Audi anyda not detailed, had electrical issues, the communication and negotiation was none existent. Greedy! I would go back to lynwood infiniti over Audi anyday. When a dealer charges you full price for a car with issues and tells you they can't get a key due to shortage and sell you the car with one key...and then come back saying to leave a 5 star review and they'll have the key! Haha ok! Keep the key ill reveal the review markings and why they seem to be in the 4's. Freaking scams More
