Service department took over three weeks to replace a water pump that was said to take 4-5 days, and had it not been for repeated queries by me it would have taken even longer. As a result of that experience I cancelled the extended warranty I purchased and was told it could take up to 45 day to be credited the cost of the service plan. That didn't happen. Then I was told 6-8 weeks, and at 9 weeks in I was told it would take 60-90 days. The contract states I will be credited within 30 days from cancellation notice. I'm now told it was never submitted. I have records of the request from two months ago. I had to re-cancel and it may now be actually happening. We will see. Sales poor, service poor, finance poor, what else is there? More
