Joe Hermes got us a good price and Brad Seaman made short work of the paperwork involved. Altogether a good experience. We will probably back again for more bells and whistles instruction from Joe. The other luxury car dealers were pushy and used the stereotypical sales pitches in an attempt to get me to buy on the spot. Brion was patient, answered all my questions and when I was ready to buy he was very responsive and helpful. The quality of the dealership, the vehicle and especially Brion was the reason I am no longer a GM owner. More
