AWESOME Mark Jensen was our sales guy. We really liked him and he took his time with us and was very thorough with everything. He was very knowledgeable with Mark Jensen was our sales guy. Our finance guy was the same one we had 3 years ago when we bought our first Audi. He seemed to remember us so that was impressive. I can't remember his name right now and I don't have our paperwork handy. Tall dark hair guy. He made the financial part easy and fairly quick. He was the only finance guy there on Sunday July 8th, the other was out on vacation evidently. We LOVE our new car and will be back! Thank you! More

Excellent Service from David So I will start off with the sharing a negative experience with Beaverton Audi and then share my great experience with Wilsonville Audi. If you have a So I will start off with the sharing a negative experience with Beaverton Audi and then share my great experience with Wilsonville Audi. If you have a choice, choose Wilsonville Audi! I was looking for an Audi S4 and originally had went to look at one at the Beaverton Audi dealership. This experience ended up being a frustrating and disappointing one. They showed me/and I test drove a car that still needed to be detailed and told me that they would call me right when it came out of detailing to look at once it was cleaned. I was interested in buying it and had financing already, but was never told that they may sell it in the next 3 hours to someone else. When I was working with the salesperson he was notified that his appointment had shown up early so he rushed me out and told me that he would call later when the car was out of detail. Later that evening when he did call he told me that he had sold the car to the person that came in after me. I was extremely angry and even spoke to a manger who told me that he told the salesperson several times that he should call me before selling it out from under me. I know they can't hold a vehicle but I would have let them know that I would have bought it. That evening after my experience in and with the employees of the Beaverton Audi dealership I actually started to look at other makes of cars to buy since I was so disappointed in the way things were handled. The next day I decided to call Audi Wilsosnville since I decided I wouldn't deal with Beaverton again. I was connected to David Price. I explained to David what I was looking for and he had told me he would keep an eye out for one but currently they had none in their inventory. I started doing some additional looking on the internet and found one that we were going to have shipped up here from California when David called me in the afternoon. He had an S4 that had just come in and asked if I wanted to look at it. It had lower miles and a year older than what I had previously looked at in Beaverton and he told me that he thought this may be exactly what I was looking for. I went into the dealership and looked the car over and bought it. David never made me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and made sure that I was being taken care of. David made sure that the car was detailed and any little marks were removed. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great experience which renewed my faith in the Audi brand and company. Thank you David and next time I go to buy a car it will be through Wilsonville Audi and your dealership, not Beaverton Audi, will be strongly recommended to friends and family. Katie R More
