Once off the tow truck, I knew our A7 was in good hands with Joseph Cox, our favorite Service Consultant. He got the car into the Service Department quickly and calmed my nerves. The issue turned out to be a pebble stuck between the break backing plate and the rotor. It sounded much worse and, fortunately, was easily rectified. Once there, they flushed the cooling system and replaced the brake fluid. Of course, the no-charge multi-point inspection was performed. The service on the car was accomplished the same day. Great job!! More

The service department is asleep and has lots of excuses for not being able to work with you until you sit down and wait for them. The computer in the car malfunctioned after only 5 months. I was told that the experience of suddenly not having a speedometer or any dash functions must have been "terrifying". Not the first time that this service counter has ignored and yawned their way through endless paperwork. More
