I bought a used Audi eTron GT from different dealer and was having issues with MMI logins. I spent lot of time on the phone with Audi connect support but no one was able to diagnose the problem till I brou was having issues with MMI logins. I spent lot of time on the phone with Audi connect support but no one was able to diagnose the problem till I brought the car to Audi Westmont. From the start Kristian from service department was very understanding and willing to help wherever he can to resolved the problem. He even submitted a ticket with back office in Germany and kept me up to date of the process. David from sales also took time out of his busy schedule to help me register the car on Audi connect.
