I had a service care contract that I purchased at your dealership for my first Audi A6 that included brake replacement. You did not honor it and I was forced to pay $700 to a local mechanic. When I bought my second Audi, the gentleman handling the purchase paperwork apologized for the oversight when I showed him my paperwork and said there was nothing he could do. I’m not sure what we are going to accomplish during your call that is going to change my opinion, but feel free to call me.
