Although having one’s car serviced is never a pleasurable experience it was at least, this time, one of the better ones I’ve had. I came in for an issue with one of my power seats and the service dept took c experience it was at least, this time, one of the better ones I’ve had. The service on my A4 was completed ahead of schedule and up to my expectations. They even buffed out a small paint scrape on the exterior. They were able to get my car serviced right away. The dealer closest to me didn’t have appointments for 2 weeks and I really needed to get my car looked at. Also, the dealership in Orland Oark,Il closest to me had told me that Audi Q7 always need oil replaced more frequently when they get older and said they couldn’t find a problem. When I went to Audi Westmont they found the problem right away and showed it to me. You can clearly see oil leaking under the hood. Why didn’t Audi in Orland Park see this visible problem? So, now I have to drive miles out of my way to Audi Westmont to get better service. I love Audi Westmont! More
Came in for a scheduled recall appointment only to find out that the part was not in and would take 6 weeks (still waiting). There was another recall and the tires were low so asked for a check to find th out that the part was not in and would take 6 weeks (still waiting). There was another recall and the tires were low so asked for a check to find that 2 tires had nails in them. Requested that they put on my winter tires (that were stored there) and order the new tires for the spring. I was told that my winter tires were not there. After repeatedly explaining how I knew the tires were there, having to write it down and then having explain it all over again to the service manager I went home without my car or any satisfaction. It appeared to me that they thought I was wrong because what was in the computer was different than what I was telling them. Once I got home and forwarded them all the back up indicating that they were in fact storing my winter tires, they magically appeared and were installed. It was an extremely frustrating experience. In the end they made it right but getting there was unpleasant to say the least More

Worked with the service team to remediate a recall related issue and they were outstanding. While having loaner vehicles available would have been helpful, they took care of securing a shuttle to and related issue and they were outstanding.
