Audi Westmont - Service Center

Traveled over 45 minutes because my vehicle was due for servicing and they completely forgot to turn off my service due light. Called back after realizing this had occurred and supposedly somebody was sup servicing and they completely forgot to turn off my service due light. Called back after realizing this had occurred and supposedly somebody was supposed to reach out to me in hopes of guiding me how to turn it off myself but haven’t heard from anyone yet the following day so it appears I’m going to have to reach out again. Terrible oversight. More
