Michael Glusak was training Hasan Hasan. Everything went perfectly. The tech , Brock Mondia made a great video explaining what he accomplished and what he recommended we keep an eye on. I was charged $430 for a basic oil change, tire rotation and lubricant. These were basic charges on my 2023 Q7 vehicle that had 6k miles on it. I was also recommended to align the wheels for an additional c and lubricant. These were basic charges on my 2023 Q7 vehicle that had 6k miles on it. At 10k miles, they estimated another $1,700 of services that were needed, including things like changing my key fob battery and rear windshield wiper blade. I’m happy to pay what is needed for a high-end vehicle, but their recommendations and prices were absolute egregious. I won’t be back. I called my regular auto mechanic during this oil change and will go there for any further work. Avoid at all costs…unless you like overpaying. Wow. More
