The car purchase experience was ok. The issue was with an error made in the titling / licensing. Two trips to the dealer, the second with an appointment with the GM, which he missed, and it's still not cl an error made in the titling / licensing. Your salesmen John Tinault approached us and asked if we needed any help, at first I was very hesitant to say yes because he looks so young and I figured he did not have any experience but I was wrong. Every question we had he knew the answer. We told him what our budget was and he never tried to to sell us something that we could not afford. I have two kids which will both be driving in the next few years, and I can guarantee that I will contact John when the time comes to purchase them vehicles.
