The car purchase experience was ok. The issue was with an error made in the titling / licensing. Two trips to the dealer, the second with an appointment with the GM, which he missed, and it's still not cl an error made in the titling / licensing. Your salesmen John Tinault approached us and asked if we needed any help, at first I was very hesitant to say yes because he looks so young and I figured he did not have any experience but I was wrong. Every question we had he knew the answer. We told him what our budget was and he never tried to to sell us something that we could not afford. I have two kids which will both be driving in the next few years, and I can guarantee that I will contact John when the time comes to purchase them vehicles. My boyfriend and I were interested in a CPO S5 we found online. We called in to inquire about it and were introduced to Drew. After answering a few questions we decided to come in and take a look. Drew was great to work with, knowledgable and professional. The car was amazing so we had figure out a way to buy it. The price on the car was very reasonable, no need to haggle much there, but we needed a good deal on our trade for the deal to make sense. We spent about 15 to 20 minutes total negotiating with the sales manager via Drew and ultimately got a good deal on a car we love. We happened to come at a fairly busy time and had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to see the finance manager once the deal was hammered out, but once we sat down with him that process went quickly and smoothly as well. Drew has followed up with us a couple of times to make sure everything is well and to see if we have come up with any questions - a first for us. The car was perfect, staff was great, and we left happy. More
