We were looking for a certified pre-owned Audie Q5. Of the 4 possibilities available at Audi Westmont, we were able to buy the perfect one for our tastes. He answered all our questions, was not in a hurry, and we felt he cared that we get the right vehicle for our needs. We had not planned on trading our 2006 Murano because other dealers had given us such poor trade-in value but Tim Trosclair appraised it and gave us a very fair value which gave us significant sales tax advantage as well. Jason Bulthuis, Finance Manager, handled the paperwork details very professionally and cordially. All in all this perhaps the most satisfying experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We highly recommend these people and Audi Westmont. We live near Champaign in east central Illinois. It's a two and a half hour drive from our home to Westmont.
