Ed went above a beyond to try to locate my desired transportation, but there was none to be had in his system. I have continued to come back to the dealership, to ask advice from Ed regarding service on my cars and still receive above and beyond reception. They are very dishonest. They messed up my paperwork, specifically my pay off amount provided by my bank. As a result, they shorted me $590. We were looking for a certified pre-owned Audie Q5. Of the 4 possibilities available at Audi Westmont, we were able to buy the perfect one for our tastes. Our sales person was Juan Andino who we learned has been with Audi Westmont for eleven years. Juan is very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, was not in a hurry, and we felt he cared that we get the right vehicle for our needs. We had not planned on trading our 2006 Murano because other dealers had given us such poor trade-in value but Tim Trosclair appraised it and gave us a very fair value which gave us significant sales tax advantage as well. Jason Bulthuis, Finance Manager, handled the paperwork details very professionally and cordially. All in all this perhaps the most satisfying experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We highly recommend these people and Audi Westmont. We live near Champaign in east central Illinois. It's a two and a half hour drive from our home to Westmont. This was our first visit to Audi Westmont and I'm sure it won't be our last. More
